went very smoothly. Their service response time is excellent, although we haven't
required much service as the machines have been running very well. BSI has been
extremely flexible in providing representatives at different times and dates to train our
staff members on the use of the machines.

Their Service personnel are always friendly. They communicate the problem and are usually able to complete correction in one visit. When a part needs to be ordered, they are prompt to return and complete the job. Josh is most congenial. He checks on the status of our machines and supplies regularly. When I need toner or staples, he personally delivers them within a day’s time. While we have had several repairs with our machines the service we receive is very good.
